Raya - Part 2 (aceh...nak jgak buat part-part gak)

Raya : The day itself (the preparation coming next :P)

As expected, orang melayu sentiasa mengotakan janji Melayu mereka. Huhu...plus it was raining on that day so the event started a bit later. But it's still within our time range la...

Me and Nida went by car with our self-cooked rendang (haha..perlu ke nak cakap pasal ni!!) by car with Lutfe and Muiz while the others took taxy to Mini Restaurant, UCC (vogue vogue takkan lah nak jalan kaki/naik basikal. muahahhaa)

It started of with Quran recitation by Faimee and tazkirah by Acap (ataupun As-rof 'Is-Ma-iL as he mentioned)

Then what went on in the between I forgot. Busy lah katekan :P

I'm not sure whether it's chronogically correct or not but here goes ;

first year introduction

I didn't get to be there throughout the introduction session as I was busy transporting the food..

Rombongan membawa makanan tiba....dibawa oleh Encik Presiden yg suke bersembunyi. LOL

And apetah lagi berlaku..but before the eating session proceeded we had batch photos session..

2nd med and dent

my dysfunctional family. spot : baby lili, baby yaya, baby mimi, baby nini, baby rara, baby wawa girl & baby lala (terhalang. mungkin sbb slim sangat~)

After sometime, I finally got to sit and eat :)

On that day we had : nasi kunyit, ayam panggang and acar. Nasi impit, lodeh and rendang with desserts..

Highlight of the day is the band performance by the Corkians. The first ever in Cork I must say. They called themselves Neo (as in..new) and are formerly known as the JAUNDICE???

gorenggg...lagu Suasana Hari Raya and It's NOT too late to apologize. :P

The band sort of closed off the whole ceremony.

And the kemas-kemas session started...

rajinnya mak ngah pakngah menapau makanan. haha

Overall, I was happy with our event this year. I hope other people did too. Do wait for my next post for the behind the scenes of our raya event~
